Mold Town Council
Mold’s Mayoral Charity 2017 along with all income generated through renting out the new and improved two-bedroom flat rent for 3 years will be allocated to support the Bailey Hill Centre’s sustainability.

Mold Town Council’s officers and councillors have dedicated a huge amount of time and resource in supporting the Bailey Hill Project for over a decade and will continue to do so.

The National Lottery Heritage Fund
The National Lottery Heritage Fund is the largest dedicated funder of heritage in the UK.

This fund was supported through the Welsh Government Rural Communities Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), and Welsh Government.

LEADER funds – Cadwyn Clwyd
LEADER ‘Theme 1’ will support projects exploring new ways to develop, enhance or sustainably exploit the commercial and recreational value of rural North East Wales’s natural and cultural resources.

Landfill Disposals Tax Communities Scheme
A grant funding programme to help communities living within five miles of certain waste transfer stations or landfill sites act for their local environment.

Friends of Bailey Hill
Are a charitable organisation working with Flintshire County Council, Mold Town Council, other bodies, and many volunteers, to improve the park – for everyone to enjoy, by providing facilities for recreation, whilst respecting the wildlife and the heritage. They secured a grant of £3K from the Bryn Gwalia Bowling Green fund to close-off the ‘match-funding gap’ for the HLF Plus Project.

Flintshire County Council
As the local authority Flintshire County Council have not only dedicated a huge amount of officer time and resources to the Bailey hill Project but has also funded the redevelopment and upgrade to the new Bailey Hill Play Area.

Aura Leisure and Libraries Ltd
Aura Leisure and Libraries have contributed towards the Bailey Hill Project through officer resource. Sophie Fish, Museum, Culture and Heritage Manager for Flintshire is the lead Project Manager for the Bailey Hill Project and has dedicated many hours to applying and securing funding, managing the finances for the project and working with Harrison Design Development and CPAT.
