For bigger events, activities or meetings we offer the choice of hiring out the whole of the Bailey Hill Centre (excluding office). This includes full use of both the Mostyn Room and the Beresford Room.
The total capacity of the building is 50 people, we have 30 chairs and 7 tables available for use, with notice we can arrange additional tables and chairs if needed at no extra charge.

Charges: Mostyn Room is charged at £10 per hour, Beresford Room is charged at £7ph, exclusive use of the building (excluding office) is charged at £15 per hour.
Full day charges (9am to 5pm) – Mostyn Room £70, Beresford Room £50, exclusive use of building (excluding office) £100.
Free use of kitchen facilities and Wi-Fi included in all bookings.
Availability: Rooms are available Monday to Friday. Please call the office if you wish to book the centre on Saturday or Sunday.
Disabled Facilities: Ramp to access building from entrance of Bailey Hill. Accessible toilet.

Kitchen: Kettle, fridge, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, mugs, glasses, plates and cutlery available. Hirers to bring own sundries for use.
Parking: Public car parking available in town, nearest to venue is Griffiths Square Car Park. Please use public car park.
Emergency Exits: Emergency exits are present in all rooms. In case of fire please exit the building by the nearest exit. Meeting point is situated in the entrance grounds of the Kings Christian Centre, next door.
Electrical Equipment: Only electrical equipment permitted to be used in the centre are those that have been PAT tested with valid certificates in place.
Wi-Fi: Free access to Wi-Fi, password will be provided on arrival.
Cancellations: We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations – cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged.

You will require public liability insurance with a minimum indemnity limit of £2,000,000 per claim. All contractors, agents and performers will also need their own public liability cover.
